Learning how to develop healthy eating habits is the very first step in the process of making healthy eating a way of living. There are many diets out there, with many people claiming they have the answer to all and everything. 

What you will need to remember is that any diet, no matter how well designed it is or how successful it was for certain people, cannot be followed forever and ever.

Maybe you have tried many diets and maybe they didn’t work for you despite working for one of your friends or family members. Maybe you feel frustrated and puzzled. What you need to know is that each and every one of us is different and will have different needs and will react and respond in a different way. You need to get to know what works for you and what doesn’t.

This course was designed to help people without any knowledge in nutrition to find their way and be able to make an informed decision when it comes to food. 

The program is self-paced so you can finish at your own rhythm and is structured in two levels: the beginner’s level and the “pro” or more advanced level.
